Our apiary is located 40 miles outside of Detroit, Mi. Our bees are free to enjoy wildflowers that includes lots of clover to produce a light, floral honey unique in flavor profile and mouthfeel. Our processing restricts the heating of the honey to no more than 89 degrees F before packing into our unique, BPA free resealable pouches.
