Culinary Skills Development
Soil2Service is now enrolling for the upcoming class sessions of the Culinary Skills Development Program. This four week job readiness program is designed to prepare students for a job in the Culinary Arts and prepare them for enrolling in the Detroit Institute of Gastronomy. Program includes industry recognized certifications along with membership in the American Culinary Federation. The Culinary Skills Development Course is an approved program under the State of Michigan Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Contact your local Michigan Works Office to see if you qualify. The Culinary Skills Development Program is also approved as a training program through Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS). Detroit Institute of Gastronomy
Soil2Service owns and operates Detroit Institute of Gastronomy (DIG). Through this program, DIG offers apprentice style culinary education in a unique hybrid environment that leads to multiple industry recognized certifications. Education can improve lives and Soil2Service is committed to expanding the knowledge of its community.
