This course is intended for the professional who is interested in becoming a better teacher or trainer, the experienced educator looking for a refresher or anyone looking to develop their ability to lead in a digital environment.
Outcomes: Upon successfully completing this course the student will:
- Understand what defines an adult learner
- Recall the traditional learning methods
- Evaluate the design of a syllabus and related outcomes
- Develop course and content design and development ideas
- Understand methods of engagement
- Learn the basics of assessment and grading
- Improve ability to provide feedback
Delivery: this course is self-paced and can be started and stopped as the student wishes.
